Most customers keep their trees from late November through early January, but you control the rental duration. During booking, you choose both delivery and pickup dates.

If you need extra time, extensions may be available on request. We’ll work with you to customize a rental period that fits your holiday schedule.

Your fee includes delivery, professional setup, takedown, and off-season storage. There are no hidden costs, so you can budget with confidence for your holiday décor.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tree.

You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel within 7 days of delivery, we’ll refund 50% of your order total. Once delivery has been made, rentals are non-refundable.

Each rental includes delivery, setup, and scheduled pickup. If a tree is not available for return at the scheduled pickup time, the full purchase value of the tree and décor will be charged to the card on file.

We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear-and-tear or the loss/damage of up to 5% of décor is included in your rental insurance—you won’t be charged for a few broken ornaments. For major damages to the tree, lighting, or significant portions of décor, the full replacement cost will be charged to the card on file.

We carefully remove, pack, and store everything in our warehouse until the next season. You don’t need to find storage space in your home or office.

Choosing the right tree size is easy — it all comes down to measuring your space correctly. Each of our trees has a specific height and diameter (width at the widest point), so we recommend measuring both your ceiling height and the floor area where the tree will sit.

Here’s how to make sure your tree fits perfectly:

• Measure your ceiling height.
• Leave at least 6–12 inches of clearance between the top of the tree and your ceiling.
• Measure the width of your space.

What to know:

• You can gently roll the tree to adjust the placement or angle.
• For larger trees (8FT & 9FT), two people are recommended for stability.
• Once the tree is in the perfect spot, simply lock the wheels to secure it.
• No need to lift, drag, or disassemble the tree.
