What is included in each package?
Every package includes a fully decorated tree with premium ornaments, decorative accents,coordinating tree skirt, and a topper. All trees are pre-lit—no messy stringing required—and we provide a timer so your lights turn on and off automatically each night. Delivery, professional setup, takedown, and storage are all included.
Where do you deliver?
Currently, we proudly serve Southern California, including Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Bernardino County. However, if you’re located nearby but outside these areas, please contact us directly. Additionally, we can explore whether special delivery arrangements are possible for your location.
Do you deliver to businesses, events, or as gifts?
Many of our clients rent trees for offices, retail spaces, hotels, and corporate events. We also provide trees as unique gifts for special occasions.
In addition, our service covers holiday parties, photo shoots, and single-day events. Short-term rentals follow the same all-inclusive pricing since each tree requires delivery, professional setup, and takedown.

Our team is the same one trusted by high-end clientele for both interior and exterior décor, now making that service accessible through our convenient tree rental program.
Are trees limited each season?
We limit each year’s collection to a set number of trees to maintain quality. Once those are rented, no more are available for that season.
To secure your preferred style and delivery date, we recommend booking early. Don’t wait too long if you have your heart set on a specific design!
How long is the rental period?
Most customers keep their trees from late November through early January, but you control the rental duration. During booking, you choose both delivery and pickup dates.
If you need extra time, extensions may be available on request. We’ll work with you to customize a rental period that fits your holiday schedule.
Do you set up the tree for me?
First, our team delivers your tree. Then, we roll it in carefully
Finally, after the holidays end, we return to remove your tree and carefully store everything for next year. Therefore, you never have to worry about setup, maintenance, or storage!
Do I need to be home during delivery or pickup?
Ideally yes, but if you provide entry instructions (concierge access, gate codes, etc.), we can often complete setup without you present.
Additionally, many customers leave detailed instructions about their preferred tree location. Furthermore, our experienced team can handle most situations independently when you give us clear guidance beforehand.
Can I choose my tree style and size?
Absolutely! First, we offer a curated collection of designer trees that our professional decorators create specifically for you. Additionally, each tree features unique styling and premium decorations.
However, we do limit our sizes and styles to maintain quality. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you reserve early to secure your favorite look. Furthermore, early booking gives you the best selection of available designs.
Can I select the delivery date of my order?
If you order 7+ days in advance, we ship 5-7 days before your preferred date (exact arrival not guaranteed due to shipping variables). For local delivery service areas, we can schedule delivery on or around your preferred date.

Can I customize the decorations in the packages?
We offer preset designer collections to ensure each tree looks polished and magazine-worthy, meeting our high-quality standards. However, small custom modifications may be available.

Can I add matching décor (garlands, wreaths, or centerpieces)?
Yes! We offer coordinating décor packages upon request, so your entire space feels cohesive.
How much does it cost?
Our pricing depends on the tree size and design you choose from our curated collection. We offer all-inclusive rates that cover every part of the rental experience.
Your fee includes delivery, professional setup, takedown, and off-season storage. There are no hidden costs, so you can budget with confidence for your holiday décor.
When do I pay for my rental?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your tree.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel for a full refund up to 7 days before your scheduled delivery date. If you cancel within 7 days of delivery, we’ll refund 50% of your order total. Once delivery has been made, rentals are non-refundable.
What happens if the tree is not returned?
Each rental includes delivery, setup, and scheduled pickup. If a tree is not available for return at the scheduled pickup time, the full purchase value of the tree and décor will be charged to the card on file.
What if the tree or décor is damaged during my rental?
We understand that accidents happen. Minor wear-and-tear or the loss/damage of up to 5% of décor is included in your rental insurance—you won’t be charged for a few broken ornaments. For major damages to the tree, lighting, or significant portions of décor, the full replacement cost will be charged to the card on file.
What happens to the tree and decorations after the holidays?
We carefully remove, pack, and store everything in our warehouse until the next season. You don’t need to find storage space in your home or office.
Are the trees safe?
Yes. All of our trees are high-quality artificial trees with UL-listed lighting. They’re fire-resistant, durable, and inspected before each rental — find out more in our Christmas tree rental FAQ

How do I choose the right tree size for my space?
Choosing the right tree size is easy — it all comes down to measuring your space correctly. Each of our trees has a specific height and diameter (width at the widest point), so we recommend measuring both your ceiling height and the floor area where the tree will sit.
Here’s how to make sure your tree fits perfectly:
- Measure your ceiling height.
- Leave at least 6–12 inches of clearance between the top of the tree and your ceiling.
- Measure the width of your space.
Compare your measurement to the tree’s diameter listed in our specs:
- 6FT Tree: 46″ wide
- 7FT Tree: 50″ wide
- 7.5FT Tree: 54″ wide
- 8FT Tree: 57″ wide
- 9FT Tree: 62″ wide
Allow walking room (especially for entryways, hallways, businesses, and events). Make sure there’s space to walk around the tree without blocking pathways or doors. Consider décor and presents. If you plan to add gift boxes or décor around the base, give yourself a little extra room.

What kind of lights come on the trees?
All of our rental trees come fully pre-lit with premium 5MM dual-color LED lights (warm white & multi-color).
Each tree includes:
- Dual-color LEDs
- Twinkling sparkle effect with a 4:1 random ratio
- 8-function lighting controller (steady, twinkle, fade, etc.)
- Even light distribution for a full, luxurious glow
Light counts vary by tree size:
- 6FT: 1000 LEDs
- 7FT: 1100 LEDs
- 7.5FT: 1500 LEDs
- 8FT: 1800 LEDs
- 9FT: 2400 LEDs
Can I move the tree after it’s set up?
Yes — every tree comes with a rolling metal stand, making it easy to reposition even after it has been fully set up and decorated.
What to know:
- You can gently roll the tree to adjust the placement or angle.
- For larger trees (8FT & 9FT), two people are recommended for stability.
- Once the tree is in the perfect spot, simply lock the wheels to secure it.
- No need to lift, drag, or disassemble the tree.
