Payment & Reservation — Christmas Tree Rental Agreement
First, we require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your tree. Additionally, we confirm orders only once payment is processed, as outlined in our Christmas tree rental agreement.
Delivery & Pickup for Your Christmas Tree Rental
Once we confirm your payment, 123 Rent A Tree will deliver, set up, and pick up the rented tree on the dates you select during checkout. In addition, customers must provide access for delivery and pickup, such as concierge, building entry, or gate codes.
Cancellation Policy — Christmas Tree Rental Agreement
Customers who cancel 7 or more days before their scheduled delivery receive a full refund. However, if customers cancel within 7 days of delivery, we refund 50%. Furthermore, once we deliver the tree, we cannot issue a refund for the rental.
Care of Rental Items
Customer agrees to keep the tree and decorations in reasonably good condition during the rental period. Rental insurance covers minor wear-and-tear or the loss/damage of up to 5% of the décor. The customer must pay for damages beyond normal use.
Damages & Replacement
If a tree or major décor piece is damaged, lost, or not available for pickup, we will charge the full replacement cost to the card on file. The customer authorizes 123 Rent A Tree to charge these fees if necessary, as outlined in our Christmas tree rental agreement.
Ownership
All trees, decor, and accessories remain the property of 123 Rent A Tree at all times. This agreement does not transfer ownership to the Customer.
Liability
123 Rent A Tree is not liable for any injury, fire, or damage resulting from misuse, tampering, or relocation of the rented items. Customers should not alter trees and decor, move them outdoors, or use them in unintended ways.
Agreement
By placing an order, Customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
