What is included in each package?
Please visit our Trees and Décor page for detail. All packages come with various ornaments, decorative accents, coordinating tree skirt, and tree topper. All trees come pre-lit. No need to string lights, just set up and plug in. We also include a timer so you don’t have to manually turn your lights on each night!
How long is the rental period for the Christmas tree packages?
The standard rental period is 8 weeks. If you need a custom rental duration, please contact our customer service at (877) 856-4220 for assistance.
Can I select the delivery date of my order?
For shipping orders, if orders are placed 7 days before preferred delivery date, we will ship out 5-7 days prior to preferred date so you can receive your rental close to your preferred date. However, we can’t guarantee it will arrive on exact date. For delivery orders, we can schedule delivery on/around your preferred date.
How does the delivery and pickup process work?
We deliver fully decorated trees and set up in your home in 48 to 72 hours. The delivery process takes 15-20 minutes to add finishing touches and fix anything that moved in transit. After the holiday season, we’ll return to pick them up. All trees are hand-delivered in person.
What color are the lights on the tree?
All trees have LED lights with 7 light settings include: Warm White Steady, Warm White Twinkle, Multi Color Steady, Multi Color Twinkle, along with other warm white and multi color dancing options.
Can I customize the decorations in the packages?
While our packages come with carefully curated decorations, we understand that personal preferences vary. Contact our customer service to discuss customization options for an additional fee and create a package that suits your unique style.
Are the artificial Christmas trees in good condition?
Yes, all our artificial Christmas trees are well-maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and inspected before delivery to ensure they are in excellent condition for your holiday celebrations.
How do I place a rental order?
To rent your Christmas tree package, simply visit our website, select your preferred package on the “choose my tree” page, opt for installation if required, add to basket and proceed to checkout. For any assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
Can I extend the rental period?
If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss the options and availability.
How long will it take to receive my tree and décor once my order is placed?
Orders go out within 48 hours once order is received, free standard shipping usually takes between 3-5 business days.
Are the trees safe?
All trees use LED lights that are UL listed, these are low voltage and very safe to use. They are also energy saving! All trees are fire-retardant and high-quality.
Can I get expedited shipping?
If you wish to extend the rental period, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss the options and availability.
What happens if I lose or damage an item?
Your rental order includes coverage for minor mishaps and general wear and tear. Significant damage, lost pieces, and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged up to the retail price plus tax for the item. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.
What if my rental arrives damaged?
Our goal is to have all items arrive to you in excellent condition. In the rare event a rental is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within the first 48 hours of your rental period. This allows us to get you a replacement or reimbursement.
